Refund policy
Return Period
We want you to love every piece from Ava & Bear London, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within the UK ordered on our official webiste, avabear.co.uk, within 14 calendar days following the delivery date.
We reserve the right to reject returns sent beyond the 14-day return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
For UK returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and a £3.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
For international orders (shipments outside of UK), purchases are final and cannot be returned due to the cost of return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all items marked down by 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This applies to both seasonal and promotional discounts. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing sale items.
Return Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Any item which does not meet this requirement will be returned to the purchaser.
Start a Return - UK Orders
To start a return, follow these simple steps to submit a return request:
1. Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address that you used for placing the order, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. Click "Request return".
4. Once your return request is approved by us, you will receive an email confirmation with the return shipping label attached.
5. Once you have received a return request approval email, please double check your return items meet the following requirements: (a) all returning items must be in the same perfect condition and in their full original packaging as you received them; (b) all tags and labels must remain intact; (c) all return items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
6. UK returns - a shipping label will be sent to your email along with the return request approval. A return shipping fee of £3.50 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
9. Once the return is received by us, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Refund Amount
Refund will be made to your original payment method, deducted by the return shipping fees. Please also note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can request to cancel an order, and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. However, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the guidelines for returning the goods, as outlined in this policy.
Exchange
We're sorry that we're not able to offer an exchange. If you wish to make any amendments to your original order, please return the item you have and place a new order for the desired items.
