We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other secure options available at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide to most of the countries. Full shipping details, including rates and delivery times, are available on our Shipping Policy page.

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, but delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once items have been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return/refund.
