At Ava & Bear London, we offer worldwide shipping to all countries. For International customers, please refer to the Internatinoal Shipping section below.
UK Shipping
United Kingdom (including Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland) shipping has the following options:
Standard
- £3.50 | 3-5 Business Days | Royal Mail | FREE over £50 GBP
Express
- £6.00 | 1-2 Business Days | DPD Next Day
International Shipping
UAE & Saudi Arabia
- £10 | 4-7 Business Days | FREE over £100 GBP
Europe
- £15 | 3-5 Business Days | FREE over £150 GBP
Rest of the World
- £20 | 5-8 Business Days | FREE over £200 GBP
Import Taxes and Duty
Customers with shipping addresses outside of UK are responsible for the applicable duties and import taxes upon arrival at destination country (other than UAE, which is delivered with duties prepaid). These are not included in the cost of shipping.
Order Tracking
All orders are sent via trusted courier services and include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. It should be delivered within the timescale stated within this policy. Please note that tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to become available.
Delivery Delay
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of delivery, you may check or track the status of your delivery:
- Check the tracking link in the delivery notification we've sent to you via e-mail
- Check if you have received a notification from our distribution partner
- Contact us using email info@avabear.co.uk
During busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel an order, and we always strive to do our best to prevent the order from being shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. However, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the guidelines for returning the goods, as outlined in our Return Policy.
Missing Items
Our items are subject to availability. Due to the time delay between when an order is placed and when it is accepted, the stock availability for specific items may change. If an item in your order is missing, please check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item being out of stock. In the event of items being out of stock, we will send you an email to inform you about this, and no payment for these items will be taken. If you believe something is missing and have questions, please contact us.
